Mark Houck, who was acquitted on January 30 of all charges related to violations of the FACE Act when he defended his son against the harassment of a pro-abortion activist in 2021, will attend the US Capitol for Biden's second State of the Union address.
The CEO of the local Planned Parenthood chapter reportedly acknowledged during cross-examination Wednesday that the abortion ‘escort’ around whom the case centers violated the company’s own policies in engaging in an altercation with Mark Houck and his son.
The defendants are alleged to have conspired with others to spray-paint threatening messages on the pregnancy centers. Messages included: ‘If abortions aren’t safe than [sic] niether [sic] are you,’ ‘YOUR TIME IS UP!!,’ ‘WE’RE COMING for U,’ and ‘We are everywhere.’
Senator Ted Kennedy, chief sponsor of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, clearly stated that clinic escorts are excluded, because they do not provide reproductive health services in a facility.
