MOSCOW (LifeSiteNews) – The Russian State Duma (lower house of the Federal Assembly) will invite Hunter Biden and U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland to testify about activity pertaining to Ukrainian biolabs linked to Biden.

According to Russian state broadcaster TASS, the Russian Defense Ministry is in possession of emails between Hunter Biden and the U.S. Department of Defense from Biden’s laptop that show the president’s son played an important role in funding pathogen research at biolabs in Ukraine.
This was announced by Igor Kirillov, chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the RF Armed Forces.
“Before you, the correspondence of the son of the current US president with employees of the US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Office and Pentagon contractors in Ukraine. The presence of these materials is confirmed by the Western media. The content of the letters shows that Hunter Biden played an important role in creating the financial opportunity to work with pathogens on the territory Ukraine, having raised funds for Black and Veach and Metabiota,” Kirillov said at a briefing.
Kirillov believes that the goals of the U.S.-Ukrainian biolab activity in Ukraine are about more than scientific research.
“Thus, in one of the letters, the Vice President of Metabiota notes that the company’s activities will be aimed at ensuring ‘the cultural and economic independence of Ukraine from Russia … which is rather strange for a biotechnology company.”
Since the conflict began, the U.S. and most Western powers have supported to Ukraine mostly by sanctioning Russia. Kirillov does not believe the U.S. has Ukraine’s well-being in mind, however.
“The disdainful attitude towards the citizens of Ukraine characterizes well the pragmatic approach of the United States to the organization of military biological research. Developing countries are viewed as a testing ground for testing components of biological weapons and medicines,” he said.
Emails from Hunter Biden’s now-verified laptop have surfaced to show that he worked to secure millions of dollars for a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor connected to research of dangerous pathogens in Ukraine.
On March 24th’s episode of Faith and Reason, Liz Yore explained the significance of what Jack Maxey and his team unearthed about the connection between Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” and Russia’s war in Ukraine.
“Back in 2014, Hunter Biden and his partners at Rosemont Seneca were in Ukraine and were involved in the purchase and sale of a company called Metabiota. One of the things on its website is a pandemic tracking company,” she said. “Well, interestingly enough, the emails indicate that this biolab is actually owned, funded by the Department of Defense. It also indicates that Hunter Biden and his partners own about 30%.”
The connection between the U.S. government and American funding goes back as far as 2005, when then-Sen. Barack Obama had been involved in setting up a laboratory at the time.
During a Senate hearing on March 8, Nuland confirmed the existence of biolabs in the country, but she intimated that the Russians wanted to use the labs for their benefit.
“Ukraine has biological research facilities which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian troops may be seeking to gain control of,” Nuland said. “So we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.”
