(LifeSiteNews) — According to John Eidsmoe of the Foundation For Moral Law, the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1973 pro-abortion decision Roe v. Wade is a house of cards and will not withstand the scrutiny of the latest challenge by the state of Mississippi. Eidsmoe filed an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of Mississippi’s law, which bans abortions after 15 weeks.

In this interview with Jim Hale, Eidsmoe explains why, for the first time in 49 years, ending Roe v. Wade is a distinct possibility.
